We may collect personal information when you apply for ABP accreditation, renew an existing accreditation, contact us, purchase training resources or otherwise use our services.
This may include your name, business or academy name, email address, telephone number, business address, course and tutor information, insurance details, documents submitted as part of an accreditation application, payment information and correspondence with ABP.
Payment card details are processed securely by our payment providers and are not stored directly by ABP.
We use personal information where necessary to provide and administer ABP services. This may include processing accreditation applications and renewals, assessing course and provider information, maintaining accreditation records, responding to enquiries, processing purchases, providing access to digital training materials and communicating with accredited providers.
We may also use information to maintain the security and integrity of our systems, comply with legal or regulatory obligations, maintain financial and administrative records and improve our services.
We will not sell your personal information to third parties.
ABP processes personal information where this is necessary to provide the services you request, to manage accreditation applications and renewals, to fulfil purchases and to respond to enquiries.
We may also process information where we have a legitimate business interest in operating and improving ABP services, maintaining accurate accreditation records, preventing fraud and protecting our systems.
Where required by law, we may process or retain information to comply with legal, tax, accounting or regulatory obligations.
ABP may use trusted third-party service providers to operate its website, forms, payment systems, digital product delivery and administrative systems.
These may include services such as Tally, Google, Stripe and Payhip. These providers process information only where necessary to provide their services to ABP.
We may also disclose information where required by law, regulation, court order or another legal obligation.
ABP does not sell personal information to third parties.
ABP keeps personal information only for as long as it is reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, including administering accreditation, maintaining appropriate business and financial records, providing purchased services and complying with legal, tax or regulatory requirements.
Accreditation records may be retained after an accreditation has ended where this is necessary to maintain an accurate historical record of accreditation previously awarded by ABP.
